Technical Task Force

The Technical Task Force will determine the technical aspects of the transportation alternatives, such as the character of the facility, projected usage, and engineering needs. They will also develop cost estimates for all identified options and review financing alternatives.

The Technical Task Force is ultimately responsible for managing the consultant that will be tasked with completing the feasibility study.
